I asked my contractor if he could recommend a few plumbers and he said, "Bee & Jay, they're the best. You'll never have a problem with their work and it will be done right." I am very happy I listened to his recommendation because the work was done to perfection.

I don't know much about plumbing but it looks like a work of art. The plumbers Mark and John carefully made sure to hide as much behind existing walls and floors of the house which I really appreciated. There was no unnecessary cuts to save time. They really treated it as if it was their own home.

I'll definitely be sure to use Bee & Jay for any future plumbing needs and refer anyone I know.

"I called in the morning and they said they would come in the afternoon to do the treatment. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The two men got to work quickly and efficiently. After circulating water through a hose from the outside faucet to the well, they carefully drained the water from the hose so that none of the chlorinated water would get onto the lawn and possibly damage the grass. They then coiled the hose neatly and put it back where they got it. A few days later another person was sent to the house to take the water sample. The tests were performed quickly and I was provided with a complete report."

We had a 'shock' treatment performed on our well and a water test done.

Scheduling was easy, the company communicated well and the plumber showed up on time. They laid a tarp over the carpet before they started working and cleaned up afterwards. We had another plumber and a handyman try to fix the problem before Bee and Jay without success and I was very frustrated - but Bee and Jay immediately saw the problems and fixed it within 30 minutes. He explained everything to me about how it worked and why it was backed up. He also sealed the pump so the septic fumes didn't permeate the house. Bee and Jay is now marked in my house book for my permanent plumber!"

"I had tried to get 3 other plumbers before calling Bee & Jay. What a mistake that was! Should have called Bee & Jay first. None of the other plumbers could fix the problem. They gave all kinds of excuses, never returned phone calls, didn't show up, never called to say they wouldn't show up, or said they had to order a special part....excuses, excuses, excuses. Bee & Jay arrived on time, fixed the problem in under 10 minutes, had the parts in their truck......having had 3 previous bad previous experiences I was beyond grateful to Bee & Jay and will definately turn to them for my future plumbing needs. "The response from Bee&Jay when we encountered a major sewer leak was immediate and reassuring. They promptly connected me with a competent snake service to video the pipe and pinpoint the exact problem. Within one day were on the job first thing in the morning along with an excavation crew they provided. The leak was professionally uncovered and their mechanics quickly made the repair. By days end the ground was backfilled, looking as if it had never been disturbed."

"I want you to know how happy I am with Bee & Jay Plumbing of Mahopac, NY.
On late Wednesday, May 15th, I was told during routine service of our septic system that our ejector pump had failed and needed replacing. The electric to the system also had to be replaced. In my dreams I was hoping to be back on line by the weekend. I was able to schedule an electrician early and called Bee & Jay at 7:30 on Thursday morning. The very nice gentleman said we would schedule us for noontime. Bee & Jay showed up on time with an upgraded pump, all the parts they needed & expertly installed the new Goulds pump by 2:00 p.m.!
Best of all, their total installed price was less than I could buy the pump directly myself.
I can wholeheartedly say if you have a plumbing issue save your time and concern and call Bee & Jay Plumbing."
